At the Malhotra Center for Plastic Surgery, we strive for natural results with minimal downtime.  Women have busy lives, and it is Dr. Malhotra's goal to allow patients to achieve their breast enhancement goals with the minimum time off from their daily activities.

Our Ann Arbor and Jackson Michigan breast enhancement patients seek Dr. Malhotra because he emphasizes choosing a size and shape that fits your body, work setting, and family life.  For some patients this means a breast augmentation to provide shape to the breast where very little tissue may presently be there. Other patients choose a breast lift to help with flattened breasts that have fallen with time.  Many of our Michigan breast augmentation patients choose a combination of procedures including a breast lift with a breast implant placement to both enlarge their breast size and lift their breasts.  We also have options for breast lifting internally without additional scars using the dual plane breast augmentation technique.

One of the fastest growing portions of our practice in Michigan is male breast reductions.  We serve all patients from body builders looking to sculpt some fibrous tissue under the nipple area to men who don't feel comfortable in a t-shirt because of breast tissue.  We emphasize to all of our male patients that developing some sagging chest breast tissue is common, but that simple short procedures exist to alleviate this problem so they can feel comfortable at the beach or in tighter clothes.
